Hey all, I am going to be starting a new diet and would like some help. Let me know what you think. My goal is to lose quite a bit of body fat and lose the least amount of muscle mass in the process. The protein shake is Optimum Nutrition in water, also was considering pro-lab creatine mono as well. Here it is with relative times, with a workout at 9:30am( trying the WBB#1 )

Breakfast : 7:00 am
protein shake & apple & cereal
snack 1 : 9:00 am
Banana, string cheese
Lunch : 11:30 am
turkey/tuna sandwich & orange & veggie
snack 2 : 2:30 pm
yogurt & veggie
Dinner : 5:00 pm
Tuna/Chicken/steak/salmon + another veggie
snack 3 : 7:30 pm
protein shake

first off what are your current body stat? ht, wt, bf%? the first thing that sticks out is cereal. i would replace it with oatmeal. make the sandwich with whole grain bread. the key isn't necessarily what you eat, it is how much. make sure you are in a calorie defecit and that you are getting at least 1gm of protein per pound of bodyweight.

Thnx admiral, the cereal is go lean high fiber high protein cereal ( 10g fiber, 13g protein, 140 cal, i think 25-30g carbs)... The bread i eat is miltons health ( 5g fiber, 4g protein, 100 cal a slice). Thnx for the help

Body stats are as follows:
5'11
240 lbs
bf unsure of. but above average (not good )
