I am bulking and i was wonering if really needed the protein drinks etc... im 15 i weigh 150 lbs and take around 3300 calories a day with 200+ grams of protein.
I have taken whey protein in the past and it upset my stomache minutes after drinking it. ( not taking it anymore) Could this just be a reaction to the whey protein or all the drinks or should i just ask a docter about it.
Thanks for the help !

No. All you need is a good quality diet, that gives you a surplus of calories, to grow.

Your getting enough in your diet. NO need for supplementing it.

Common sense, supplements didn't always exist as they do today. They aren't necessary enough so that you cannot grow without taking them.

if your getting enough protein (which you are) you don't need protein drinks. they are only there to help give you a boost if your not reaching it through eating regular foods. nobody NEEDS supplements. sometimes they help. but your eating good so i'd say no.
