Hi, im new ill get right to the point.

-After high school ended, college began and so did weight gain...im heavier than id like to be and i want to lose weight. I started working out again and bought a supplement called Thermogenix2 by Vitasport. Basically a hydroxycut wannabe that i bought from Max Muscle in california. The salesman steered me away from hydroxycut to this saying more effective...

2 problems that bother me and a question:

1) Why cant i find any information about this supplement anywhere online?

2) If you feel only slight side effects such as diziness that is tolerable is it ok to keep taking?

3) Does reducing ones food intake (healthy) while taking something like this accelerate effects or make for more problems, i heard its supposed ot be 5 small meals a day but about 2 small ones?

Ingredients:
Citrus Aurantium
Caffeine
L-Tyrosine
Octopamine
Guarana
Green Tea
Dandelion
Juniper
Ginger Root
Cordyceptic Acid
Bioperine
B-12

does reducing ones food intake(healthy) while taking something like this accelerate effects or make for more problems?

Help much obliged, Ixi

well, i took one of those types of pills a couple months back and they suck; i have made probably triple the progress with a good diet and workout routine than i did on those stupid pills. nothing and i mean NOTHING beats a good diet and workout routine. i don't know what you are doing currently, but this is what i would reccommend:

if you really want to get into shape, diet wise read what a bodybuilder eats and eat that type of stuff. as for working out, find something and do it. there are a million different ways to go about this, but choose one and try it. give it some time and if it works, stick with it and if it doesn't work, change it.

sorry i didn't actually answer your question, but i don't really know how those pills work. they seem pretty shady to me.

the ingredients in your thermogenic are pretty standard. Most contain green tea, caffeine, and some kind of ephedrine analog (usually synephrine).

These supplements can be very useful when combined with a good diet and training regimen. Other alternatives to it include HotRox, EAS's Thermodynamix, and the new Xenadrine. They won't work alone and require you to rework your diet and training. It's also important to be strategic about how you take them and when. Read up a bit more or ask questions. Best of luck on your journey.

You will need to eat less and work out to see any gains, but most any kind of wieght loss pill will definetley help(speed weight loss up a little), again, when combined with a good diet and exercise and ONLY when combined with a good diet and exercise, no "safe" pill is magic. The dizziness and maybe feelings of light headedness when you stand up ect. are normal and i can guarantee you that they are much milder than the ones everyone used to experience while taking ephedra. So i would keep taking them, just make sure you got the diet and exercise in check as well.

My appetite has been suppressed a ton which i like, however im only taking half the dosage....hows that?

How many calories are you getting per day in total? Judging by that, I'd say it's not enough to lose weight properly.
