Well I Dont Really Count... I Have 4 Chicken Breasts A Day.... 2 Protein Shakes... And Whatever Else... I Was Approximatiing... For 4 Months Am I Where I Should Be Ya Think?

Nobody can gauge your improvements because you did not provide before and after pics. Also, it sounds like your diet could use a lot of work. There is more to it than just eating lots of protein. You should be counting calories. Without a caloric surplus you will not grow. And you can't be sure you are getting enough calories unless you count.

yeah..it would be wise to track your diet..the back dub is a good pose for you...next time I would recommend taking photos with better lighting and more standard bodybuilding poses like the back dub you posted...also what about the wheels, and the aas comment? good luck with your training

good for 4 months get your diet and training in order, but like everyone has said on every other board you posted on asking about gear.... save it for later down the road..
