okay we all know there's a ton of 'natural testosterone enhancers' out there. some, like tribulus, seem to have some effect. right now i'm taking one that has tribulus, avena sativa, eurycoma longfolia extract, ZMA, and a ton of other things of less notoriety. anyways just taking it because i ended up w/ 2 month's worth for 10$. i was wondering a couple things about your traditional 'natty test boosters'.

1) how much of an increase can these bring about, and is this totally dependent upon whether or not your body was already at your peak? (ie, will older guys get more because their nat. test is lower, or will only people w/ zma deficiencies benefit from it's use). i ask because i am 21 and eat / supplement wisely, so i know i'm getting tons of zinc for instance, and because of my age i know my natural test is probably as high as it will ever be, so wondering if these are of much use for me.

2) does an increase in testosterone automatically translate to anabolism/ muscle growth? i've been on these pills for a little bit now, and have only noticed one other thing besides weird, clear dreams. i actually think i'm beginning to have lucid dreams, but that may be a combo of these and something coming up soon in my life that is the center of these dreams. however, i'm incredibly, ummm, horny. very noticeably so. i can't even remember an increase like this when i took a sustanon cycle before. it has at least doubled my sex drive. however strength/size are not receiving any apparent stimulus.

can you have test levels taken by a simple blood test? i'm gonna prolly get one in the next month or two due to this weird loss of sensation in my hands, but if i can i'll have my test checked, then compare it down the road when not on these pills to see if they did anything

go to this site

if you can't find a study that shows any of those products elevate test, it's because they don't

like i said i found them effective in terms of libido but not strength, but if they only maximize natural test and my test was already maximized i wouldn't see a result then, but i'm wondering if some people do see results because are not maximizing their testosterone
