View Full Version : Pics of me after 4 weeks of gym time (before I messed up my shoulder)

I went from 5'11" 145 to 157lbs. Unfortunately, I messed up my shoulder which keeps bothering me. I still have most of what I gained. Its just that my chest is too small compared to the rest of my body. The pics were taken about 3 weeks ago. I have been under the weather lately and got a good chance to give my shoulder some rest. I'm going to start again Monday. Hopefully I won't have too many problems with my shoulder. If the pain continues, I will have to put a hole in my pocket and go get an mri or something. Either way, what do you guys think?

Definitely no more than 7 percent. You're looking great, if anything lat width is a weakness. But overall size would probably improve upon that.

Thanks guys. I am doing legs. i just haven't taken pics of them. They are waaaaaay too skinny still. My body is wierd in the way that I stay cut. I haven't been eating clean yet haven't put on any BF, at least from what I can tell. When I don't flex, my stomach isn't ripped at all. I don't have much bf in the area, but my stomach sticks out. I don't know why that is. I think in the side view pic, it may have been sucked in a little.
