Typical schedule.
On a bad day, I'd eat 4 meals, usually on a Saturday. On an ok day, I'd eat 5, on a perfect day, 6.

I try to stick with a schedule Sunday from noon to Friday evening 5-6 meals.

Meal 1.
Cup of oatmeal.
2 scoops of Whey protein -- 22 g of protein/scoop

Meal 2.
2 sausage patties on a buscuit

Meal 3.
Myoplex mixed with Stawberry&Pineapple

Meal 4.
Baked potato and 1/4 lb cheesburger from Wendys.

Meal 5.
Either 1 Cup of spaghetti with 2 scoops of whey
or chicken breast with bread.

Meal 6.
If perfect day, I'd have a Myoplex mixed with 2 small scoops of CytoVol,
On an OK day, I skip this meal all together.

I drink at least 3 quarts of water/day.

With this schedule, I've grew from 145 to 172. I've been the same for 2 months.
What will it take to hit 180?

What is different in that plan compared to the one that you have recently plateaued on?

ps put some more complex protein in for breakfast [you can keep one scoop of whey in there if you like though.]

Reduce whey protein intake to one scoop and add 3-4egg whites

You know you can replace it with something better. You can try tuna on wholegrain bread

Well, pressuming that it's a bulking diet you can go for the cheeseburger but again you can have some beef instead of the cheeseburger

Meal 5.
Either 1 Cup of spaghetti with 2 scoops of whey
or chicken breast with bread.
The chicken breast is a better choice than whey. You can also replace the bread (if it's white) with wholegrain.

Also, try to include a tbsp of flaxseed oil in your diet.If you don't notice any weight gain, then increase slightly the amount of one of the first meals.

The diet plan is the one I'm on now that I've plateau on.
I don't see myself growing any more with this diet.
It has worked before, but has stopped.

If you need more power or size, eat more, if you wanna to lose more weight, eat less....

It also depends a lot on what you eat.

From what I can see the quality of your calories is not strong. Don't make excuses and tell me why you can and can't eat certain things, I am just telling you what I see..

here are some solutions for you.
For the rest of this week, keep all meals perfect

Start tracking how many calories you are eating
Grams of protein, carbs and fats
(I think your carbs and proteins are to low and low in quality)

Then once you have the totals for each day, we can then tweak the percentages for you within the givin caloric intake, and from there start to build on the calories slowly so you grow instead of just getting fat.

Also your training which you have not mentioned has a lot to do with it.
