I'm trying to bulk and pack on a lot of mass over the next couple of months.

I've been eating lots of food since my last post.. went to the gym monday did heavy abs, moderate arms, light shoulders. :strong:

One arm DB rows

Reverse curls

I feel like im missing 1-3 key exercises but I just can't put my thumb on them. :help:

Any comments, tips, or advice would be appreciated. :cool:

what is your training split like? you doing full body routine? or are these exercises broken up?

as for the exercise selection: i would substitute DB's for the BB front raise on your shoulder routine. it wont let the shoulder cheat off of the other shoulder. Add more to the back routine, Lotsa muscles to hit back there, one exercise wont cut it(certainly NOT an expert opinion).

I think the more we know the easier we can help. Include what each training day will include. also jot down everything you eat, so we can help suggest something in the diet too.

what are your stats now? age, height, weight, estimate bf% etc etc.

doh, now i see youre 6', 180#.

at this i wouldnt worry about cutting. if you cut down to 160 what will you have to show off? i dont mean to sound mean. try bulking up to 215, then see where you stand. eateateateateat

I don't plan on cutting down, just to stop bulking and maintain bodyweight.. I need to focus more on upping my strength for awhile instead of just gaining weight.

I've decided to keep bulking.. not bulking what a bad idea! :bang:

I did some pushups (3 sets of 8) and situps (3 sets of 12) cause the gym isn't open until tommorow ! :mad:

If anyone was wondering about my diet.. I eat as much good food as I can.. turkey, steak, brocoli, yams, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, lean hamburger, chicken, beans, corn, peas, milk, tuna, and lots of fruit.

I eat some other stuff but not on a daily basis and sometimes I supplement a meal here and there with a good bag of chips and some Barq's Rootbeer to help pack on mass. :D

So I've been gone for a year or so. I quit football and stopped working out / visiting WBB. I'm playing football again (new season), returned to WBB, and plan to begin working out and continuing my journal. While not lifting or playing football I continued to bulk through mass amounts of healthy foods. I kept my body fat down by playing basketball, running stairs, and staying away from junk food. I was up to 248lbs before spring break and have currently cut down to 220lbs. I'm not sure what routine and what not I'll use but will post again when I figure it all out.
