Now that I think about it, the first set was taken in mid April. Too lazy to change text though. Anyways these are my 7 month progress pics. Though the last set is 1-2 months old I don't look much different now, and I had no more room on the camera for new pics.

Critique and honesty.

12-24-2004, 03:38 PM

12-24-2004, 06:10 PM
I can see why you can't make a fist....

12-24-2004, 07:10 PM
I can see a huge difference..great job...you still have a lot of room to bulk because you still have a pretty low bodyfat...which is a good thing...good luck and great job

12-24-2004, 10:39 PM
Good job buddy, noticable improvement all over, and especially your back.

Ares, Hockey:
Thanks! For some reason the November pics of my wheels disappeared, =/. They've gotten alot bigger too, I'll post em on my next set of pics which will probably be in April.

Haha, I'm growing it long for wrestling but right now it just goes up and up and up :D. Thanks for replyin!

When I make them cold everything seems to harden up and become invisible. But if I don't then it's more than noticable.

12-26-2004, 05:54 PM
I'd love to be that lean. *sigh*

12-26-2004, 08:35 PM
lol, I agree with you Gal.

Anyways, great progress CC!

12-27-2004, 12:36 AM
Great improvements CC.

12-27-2004, 07:59 AM
Incredible progress, Mitch. great improvements in arms, shoulders and back. Keep eating cause that next 30lbs is going to be even more noticable as things really start to thicken-up.

Thank's everyone. Look's like no matter how much I eat I gain little fat and lots of LBM. That's good in some ways, and bad in others.

12-27-2004, 07:39 PM
Nice gains especially at 15 years old, good work!

12-27-2004, 08:36 PM
Excellent progress CC; wish I'd started building when I was 15. I was 6'1, 135 for the longest time and never thought I had any aptitude for bodybuilding. I'm glad to see someone so young taking the initiative and not taking being skinny lying down.

Keep it goin and growin'!

12-28-2004, 06:50 AM
woot way to pack on the meat, great progress now your not a '98 lb weakling' anymore keep it up

The original motivation to start lifting was pro wrestling, but even if I drop that hobby (though I won't) I would still continue lifting. Thanks!

Thanks! In the March pics I was 130-135, In November I was about 160.

12-29-2004, 07:54 PM
That's phenomenal. Awesome work.

12-30-2004, 12:03 PM
Wow. Great progress, CC! Keep up the good work!

12-30-2004, 02:04 PM

12-30-2004, 03:15 PM
Big Gains in the Bi's i think you weighted more in the first pics though.

12-30-2004, 05:34 PM
very noticable gains CC.... keep up the good work. the high school girls will be yours!

12-30-2004, 07:36 PM

Thanks dudes!

What in greenest of yellow hells are you talking about?

debussy, Jeff:
Lol thanks, but my goal was never to impress the girls. That's a bonus I guess though.

Well, I'm sure you'll be turning guys' heads in no time as well, if that's your thing.

I already commented in his journal, mank.

I prefer REAL jotos, and closer to treinta y cuatro aņos. :p

12-31-2004, 01:53 PM
You said you weighted 130 in the first pic. I think you weighted more then that. More like 140?

And, you made good gains in Bi's.

01-01-2005, 12:26 PM
I see the most noticable differences in the shoulders, but I gather that your wheels probably would have exploded as well. Keep it up.

01-02-2005, 10:17 PM
I'm so proud of you (tear)
But really, I'm very impressed, maybe you could beat me in wrestling haha
Nice gains man

01-02-2005, 11:32 PM
Good job man, way to pack on some size. You'll be nearing 200 soon.

Well it matters which ones... and by that, I mean no. :p

Well I'm happy you realize I'm certainly not a real joto :).

Hmm maybe.

Thanks, and you will see them wheels up on my next set!

Thanks, and even in "March" I could beat you ;).

That's the short term goal, thanks!

Well interestingly enough, I discovered that the "March" pic on the back double bi is actually from August.

Errr, more interestingly enough, I found the date function on my camera.

First set taken on May 02, 2004
Second set taken on October 11, 2004

So this is actually 5 months and a bit. :)

01-10-2005, 07:36 PM
Either way, your improvement is great  :birthday: :omg: :zipit:  :spam: :spam: :ninja: :micro:

01-10-2005, 07:48 PM
Nice bump, Mitch. ;)

01-10-2005, 08:08 PM
Thanks rookz, it took a lot of effort out of me.

01-10-2005, 08:19 PM
great improvement, i have the feeling that if you bumped up the calories just a bit more, you would see some amazing results.

01-10-2005, 09:58 PM
Especially notable is your back and shoulder thickness you've developed.
I agree on adding the thickness. It seems like you've made gains in every area. Great work. Any leg pics?

Canadian Crippler

Read the thread, holmes. ;)

I have legs from May but lost the ones from October, I'll have legs on my next set which will probably be in May 2005.
