I have been doing a horrible job helping my body recoup between workouts. I would like to start being able to sleep better and voerall feel better, I know supplements aren't magic pills, but I think it canr eally help in my case. Can you please suggest what I should get, and how/when I should consume it?

Many many thanks in advance, and merry xmas.

A topic for the supplement section.

In any event, multivitamin, maybe some creatine.

ETS would be perfect for you.

It will help you reduce recovery time and many of our customers have commented on getting better sleep after starting on ETS. Link here: http://www.atlargenutrition.com/nutrition_detail.php/products_id/5

Multivitamins, fish oil caps, and olive oil if you consider that a supplement.

salmon oil caps, flaxseed oil, calcium, and whey protein powder are the ones I like.

yeah try a multivit, and start with something simple for the sleep. try melatonin. its cheap, and most people are happy with it.

yes melatonin and calcium are good for sleep. i also like to take an omega 3 (usually salmon oil, i take flax earlier in the day) before bed too...for a ferocious deep cleansing dump in the morning
