Very well organized indeed,but:

1.Meal 3 is ****.58grams of fat plus 65 grams of fat=perfect combo for fat gain.

2.Your carbs are way too high!You didn't give us your stats,but hell,I don't think that you're 250 lbs.

3.You didn't state how many calories you were consuming before starting this new plan.You can't jump from let's say 2,500 cals to 4,000+ in a day.You have to increase your calories by 300-500 every week.

I plan to do just that, increase in increments....but anyways, im going to jump by 750 calories (its fine with me). I'm 5'11, 140 lbs. I dont mind the fat, most of it is very clean as well.

Approx caloric intake is 4000. So if i ever miss one meal (say 500 calories) it aint a big deal ;)

As for the weight gainer, Myoplex.

In the meantime, im slowly increasing my caloric intake.

What im going to do is somethin crazy....

**Starting Dec 18th I'm going to initiate this "TIME to GAIN" routine (~4000 calories, plus workin out).
**And I'm going to take pictures every week.
**I already have an Excel template that monitors my growth (BMI, Wrist, Forearm, Chest, etc etc.) gives a graphical display....and growth in pounds per week. Once im past my bulking phase (2 months-->predicted gain of 50 pounds).
**Then after the 2 months (February 18th), I will post all my pictures, the Excel Template, my journal.....the entire track record.. Once im past the bulking phase, and mass component....then i'll focus on max strength/tone (im an ectomorph-->rare in my family, mostly endomorphs).

(2 months-->predicted gain of 50 pounds).

Even Ronie in his offseason would have a hard time gaining 50!! pounds...

i know it aint easy, but during my test phase of this routine (a month ago....testing how my body would react to it)....i gained 12 pounds in 2 weeks (no creatine, just the food mentioned). so i got kinda excited about it, and next month im gonna give it a shot for 2 months.

Let me tell you:When you're a newbie (you have not been training up to a year),you can make some crazy gains,so you may achieve your goal,but even if you won't,some pounds less than you planed to gain won't mean that you failed.You just have to set realistic goals.
Anyway,it's time to grow ;)
