It is that time of year again, you know, the one where you "resolve" to do what it takes to reach your physique goals this year.

What is the best way to reach your physical goals?

- Create a specific training routine you can follow without giving up.
- Adjust your diet according to your goals (i.e. decreased calories for weight loss and increased calories for gaining weight).
- Make sure the foods you consume are processed as minimally as possible (note this does not mean to eat foods raw). Stick with foods which are as "natural" as possible.
- Consume the right supplements to help you obtain your goals. Don't waste time or money on "hocus-pocus" bogus products. Christmas is over, you got money from those relatives who didn't know what to get you. Go to www.atlargenutrition.com and take advantage of our 10% OFF SALE and get the products which will help you to optimize your body!

The bottom line is that you just have to do it. Make this year one which you will be able to look back upon and KNOW you gave it your all. If you do you will be rewarded with the physique you have always wanted.

That is great, but you need to DO it. You need to develop a plan and stick to it.

I think most people are ignorant to the fact they can do almost whatever they want with their bodies if they are regimented and dedicated enough.

I agree. Some people say some can't get a six-pack no matter what they do. I beg to differ. I'am one of those guys that it takes absolutly full dedication for a six-pack. I discovered I wasn't eating enough calories in 2004 and I was probably storing fat. This year I got the education I needed to move to the next level. This is my six-pack year! My diet is ridiculous. I mean most of the foods I eat are completly organic un-touched. not de-natured. I'am so clean right now if I ate a cheesteak at the local pizza place I would be in the bathroom for hours. Also i haven't touched alcohol in a month. I'am really trying to quit this time.

I used to think people made that **** up about running to the toilet after eating fast food once they cleaned up their diet...

Then I cleaned up my own diet and found out that fast food literally goes right through you lol

I used to think I was a hardgainer, This site turned me onto how to effectively eat towards my goals and how to train, like chris says, you just have to make up your mind to DO IT!!!

good luck to everyone on achieving their goals this new year!

-BOOYAH BABY!!!
