when you cook food in oils/butter or whatever, do you tally up the cals from it as well ? say i use 1 tbsp butter while makng some eggs, do i count up the cals from the butter? or does it just evaporate? how does that work?

haha alrite thanks guys. yea i wasnt sure cus it seems only a fraction of what u put in the pan actually goes into your mouth so counting the whole tbsp seems like a lil much. ya its more on the safe side to add it tho, thanks alot guys
