Well I figured I'd make a journal since it seems like a good idea. I had started somewhat of a cut about a month ago, but I decided to put it off for a bit more gains and I have decided to start a cut again. I'm 17 years old, 6'1, 240 (was 231 when i stopped the partial cut). I used to be about 280 around this time last year. I haven't really decided on a good eating plan, so some input on that would be good.

Squat-375 (I don't work my legs enough, at all :( )
Hang Clean-225

Starting Weight-240

That is all for now, the cut will start tomorrow and I'll begin keeping a log here.

Breakfast-Yogurt-120 Calories

Lunch-Tuna Sandwich-505 Calories

Dinner- Soup and toast-500 Calories

Random Stuff-
1 Piece of Toffee-36 calories

Total- 1161 Calories
