Best OTC diuretic?

I am in a diet contest so I want to take some diuretics before the final weigh-in to help put me ensure victory.

What are the best OTC diuretics out there? I gotta hit Wal-Mart on the way home :)

Besides a big bottle of water?

Taraxatone is the only one I know of. I do know that when you use chemical diuretics you absolutely must supplement with other nutrients to keep from cramping up. I think that it is magnesium... a diet contest should have more to do with BF% and not with bodyweight in general.

Be careful man, dehydration is dangerous.
An EC stack (ephedra/caffeine) usually dries me out pretty good. It isn't too extreme though.
