Hey,

Ive decided to switch to a keto diet in order to shock my body in to further fat loss. Please feel free to critique my diet and offer suggestions. Thanks again.


Meal #1:

3 whole eggs


Meal #2:

1 can tuna
scoop of mayo


Meal #3:

1 can tuna
1 scoop mayo
romaine lettuce salad


Meal #3:

pwo shake


Meal #5:

16 oz salmon


Meal #6:

8 oz Chicken breast
1 cup Spinach

Totals Calories: Totals 1880
Fat: 77 g 42%
Carbs: 3g 1%
Protein: 233 57%

I'm with Paul. Remember protein can kick you out of ketosis via gluconeogenesis.
