I'm bulking and I eat a lot of oatmeal. I usually put three tablespoons of sugar in each bowl. I also drink 10-16 cups of milk per day so I know I get a lot of sugar. I was wondering if I should be worried about insulin spikes or any other harmful to my goals side effects?

You should never add excess sugar to meals, it is a recipe for fat storage. You can replace it with far more useful calories such as another 1/2 cup of oats, or another chicken breast. You are what you eat.
