NO2 will give you a great pump during your workouts, but not worth the price. Look to something like NOX3, or Nitrix for the same result at a price that is over half of NO2's if you want to try it.

I have NO2, its alright but I'm never on it regularly. Slim - Nofx is the way to go!

I bought No2 by MRI, all i can say is that it gives you a good pump the next day after your workout, and it minimizes recovery time. But it is deffenately not worth the price i payed $65 at GNC for something that lasted 21 days. So to sum it up, No2 is good if you have the money, it is worth buying just for its ability to suppress soreness. but dont pay over $40 for it.

If you really want the effects of NO2 but not the price get L-Arginine in powder form. A LOT cheaper and gives you the same effects as NO2. Tried both myself and saw no difference between them.... except price

NO2 = bull****
Gee, how insightful. Could you elaborate a little?
In reference to the claim that it is a hemodilator, NO2 is not bull**** because it does just that.

the only thing nitric oxide accomplishes is a prolonged "pump" of skeletal muscle tissue. "hemodilation", while this may appear to be the next rage in sports supplement and fitness, is yet to be set in stone. first of all, physiology indicates while hemodilation is a good cosmetic benefit, the theorized point that it promotes better workouts and gains is still speculative. one main factor being lactic acid accumulation for which NO2 does nothing to minimize or improve. it is also being proposed that it increases oxygen and glucose to muscles via blood. well, remember, blood is ultimately limited to its carrying capacity via hemoglobin molecules and glucose in its storage form of glycogen has its max capacity as well. so just because you push more blood does not mean more glucose or O2 (unless you consider blood doping or certain pharmaceuticals). as for permanent gains from a product like this sorry. gains come from the "building supplies" you put in your mouth, without adequate proteins and the right anabolic/catabolic sequence, you can push all the damn blood you want to your biceps, without the right building materials, you wont gain anything permanent. if this theory of hemodilators was right, then viagra would be creating horse cocks for us all, instead it just makes sheet metal punches for six hours.

Right. So again, in reference to the claim that it gives a good pump, NO2 is not complete bull**** because it does just that.
As to the other claims, they may not be true.

i guess if you insist...it will PROLONG your pump. but as soon as the pump is gone its gone. and as soon as you get off the supplement, its gone. its a waste of money IMO and im sure mostly everyone else will agree

I was just debating your point about it being worthless/bull****, that's all.
