Hi all.

I was just wondering, what type of supplements do you guys take?

That's a bit broad but im interested in taking a few needed supplements to help growth.
I don't want to take roids or creatine.

Im already taking protein during or before workout.
I was thinking about taking minerals, vitamins and glutamine.

Does anyone have any comments on the above supplements and when to take them during the day if you agree on them, and if so what are the best ones to buy?

I use whey protein powder,a multi-vitamin, Super B-Complex,Vitamin C,Vitamin E, Flax Oil Caps, Fish Oil Caps, Tribulus, and also ZMA before I go to sleep at night. You can get some good deals online. As for brands, NOW and Optimum Nutrition both have a lot of quality products at a good price. Just shop around and the deals will come. Best supplement over all is lots of good quality food though.

Any particular reason you dont want to take creatine? if you are concerned about safety, comparing creatine to steroids is apples to oranges.

glutamine is worthless unless taken in substantial amounts which cost a lot of money...if you find a good multi then your set on vitamins and minerals...creatine is NOT dangerous as long as you take it responsibly and won't make u die as some people are set to believe...and FOOD is the best "supplement" especially when bulking...

A good supplement that is really cheap and generaly effective is creatine. It also a good suplement to take if you dont want to resort to something powerful that will hurt your body.
