Goals: Well I have been a consistent lifter for around a year & consistently training doing cardio aswell for around 6 months. My nutrition is poor & I feel that is why I am still struggling to develop a good body. I am not too bothered about my weight, I want to eliminate a lot more fat althought I'll admit I'm at my heaviest I have been all my life. I normally have been slightly over weight but I feel being young has made me let myself go slightly as I have been drinking too much & eating food that is convient rather than nutritious.

Thoughts at the moment: I'm uncomfortable with my body naked & although I have a nice amount of bulk I dont have good definition. This has put a strain on me having sex because I don't feel that I am attractive enough when naked. Thoughts as to why I am overweight is that I'm eating poorly & drinking at the weekend anywhere between 4 pints-16 pints a weekend.

Routine: I have changed here & there but I find training Wednesday, Friday & Sunday is best for me to fit in a good routine. I work on a Push Pull & then Legs training session & aim to do at least 45 mins of cardio per session & lifting which I do before the cardio ranges from 20-40 minutes. I like this routine that I've been doing the last month or so & will continue with it. I do around 4 different exercises for each body part with 3 sets of 10. I try not to do the same exercises so I mix it up & do not have a set plan on what type of exercises I will do on that body part.

I plan to change my routine to 4 sets of 8-10 & keeping a 4 exercise minimum per body part.

I'll not measure my entire body till April but will keep posted my weight each week.

Supplements:Whey Protein, L'Arginine.
