When everyone in here gets sick to the point where they cannot go to the gym, what do you do to compensate? do you just use it as rest days? or do u eat as much as possible?

just continue to keep your protein intake up and eat. YOu shouldn't lose much strength Depending on how long you stay away from the gym. A week or 2 you usually won't see much of a loss at all.
