Should i take Creatine before my workout and Proteine after it, cause i'm really trying to get a boost to my workout, but i also need to take the protein ( i alreday bought it..................hahahaha, i don't want to waste it)

I like to split my creatine up half about a half hour before workout, the other half directly after work out. Some people even say before bed. Just see what works for you.

Protein I like to take about a hour after work out. Sometimes before with some carbs in a shake. But protein can be taken whenever. Just make sure you get enough through the day.

i'd put 5mg of creatine in your protein shake. Take half the protein shake half n hour before workout. Then down the rest after workout with some simple carbs.

Yes.

It's also OK to take Creatine 7 hours and 37 minutes before your workout.

Your post workout meal should (generally) have lots of carbs and protein.

I would suggest taking 5g of creatine within 30 minutes after your workout mixed in with a protein drink.
Do not let creatine sit in liquid as it will break down.

after how long do you start to see results taking creatine br4 workout and protein after it going twice a week to the gym doing a full body workout everytime? :read:

first off you should have protein both before and immerdiately after working out. Second, working out only twice a week, whole body, depending on what kind of condition you're in right now you're probably not gonna see anything dramatic. Creatine givews you more energy, that's all. You'll feel it either after a week taking it, but thats if did a loading phase. If not loading, then it could take 3-4 weeks to feel results, meaning more energy.
