On monday i checked my weight i was like 158 or so

tuesday i cheated

and today i weighted in at 162??????

There are all sorts of different factors that this could be based on. Like Tryska said, holding water; but also. You weigh yourself at the same time, go to the bathroom, 'weigher' accuracy, etc

When you gain 10lbs in 2 days like I did .... then worry. lol
