Diablo 2 help

hey guys n gals

i only just bought Diablo 2 last week and the expansion pack and it's been hard to keep myself off of it!i have a couple of questions

firstly...i spend weekends away from home,but still have access to a computer,is there anyway i can save my game played during the week and continue it on a different computer at the weekend (single player campaign)...maybe with a flash USB drive or something to save it on?

and secondly...battle.net - how the **** do you play this game online?i can join games etc, it works fine, but nothing seems to be going on, does anyone have it that would like to create a game with me on battle.net and sort me out a bit of a tutorial?

yes.

most people stopped playing d2 now that WoW is the place to be. could be is why you're not getting much action.

i think just copy your saved game char out of the saved directory and install d2 on the other system and put that saved game char back in the new saved dir. make a back up just in case but that should work

Yeah that works. I also remember that you can copy items if you have two computers and you copy the save files from one onto the other, and then load up the games, drop all your items on the ground, leave the game with that character, then delete the file on that computer and import the original from the other computer, and then do the same thing again....
