Anyone use SCIFits Kre-Alkalean? My little brother swears by it but he lives in Lubbock Tx about 500mi away and thats about the cheapest place to find it. Arround DFW if they have it its about 50-60bucks.

Never heard of it. What does this product claim to do?

It is supposed to be 10xs more efficent than any form of creatine. 10g of creatine is = to 1g of this. To put it in simplest of terms it and save time it is more easily and efficently absorbed into the blood so that ther is little to none to go through the kidneys and liver. What does go through is at what chemists designated at a safe PH level so that it does not put a strain on the renal system. Thats as simple as I can explain, Its easier for me to go in depth but takes much longer and I dont know howmany could keep up with me on the chemical side. I am a medic that has been called a chemical freek by lots of folks I like things down to the cellular level its simple. :study:

You mean Kre-Alkalyn buffered creatine? If so, it was a passing fad from what I've seen. The new one is Creatine Ethyl Ester.

Yah , I got a free bottle from my brother at xmass and it does not seem to bother my gut like regular monohydrate did. Is the stuff any good, cause I have never seen any results when taking it, I just felt nause and bloated all the time.
