i work out regularly but have never used supplements. i've got a decent looking body but want to take the next step. i feel i don't eat enough and get the right things in my system everyday so i want to turn to multivitamins to make sure i get everything my body needs. which multivitamins would you reccommend for me? (18 y/o male)
i've heard its better to start off with the vitamins before moving on to supplements. i just want to do this thing right.
thanks in advance.

Now Foods brand 75+ is what I've been using, but the bottle of virtually a million was purchased before At Large released theirs. I would say that either are a good bet!

You're already ahead of a lot of lifters. By and large, it's nutrition and intelligent lifting that will get you to your goals. Get your multivitamin, some fish oil caps, drink plenty of water, and you've got all the important stuff.
Good luck, man.
