THEY TASTE AWESOME... Make sure you use less water than recommended and they come out really thick, add a little splenda to the batter to make em sweet :)

could always just grind up your own oats and get some whole wheat flour.... throw in some sugar substitute and baking powder... some egg beaters or egg whites and you got the same thing
