glutamine with xpand ok?

hey guys i bought xpand also i bought 500g of glutamine and now i hear not to take glutamine with xpand cuz it might deminish the results is this true??

It's bascially Creatine and Arginine.

yeah its creatine arginine and has like 1g of glutamine so i bought soem more glutamine but i have been reading on other boards that glutamine will cancel out the effects of xpand

ha. no... its fine. all of it.. some people think glutamine is useless, but take as much as you want it won't "Cancel" out anything.
