If I get an omelet from a restaurant, and they use either butter or oil to cook it ( I have no idea, but im sure they did) How much on avg would you say to add to my fats and calories? I already figured out the other stuff.

OKay, i work in a resturant. We don't use butter or oil, we use lard. its melted in a huge pot, and then a laddle-full (roughly 1/3 cup) of it is throw on the cooking surface. Why dont you just ask if their using butter or oil, hell , some dinners nowadays use pam spray

yeah, yeah i know, i got an egg beater omelet if its any consolation.... I just didnt think about it at the time and when i got home i was filling out my macros and it just occured to me.
