Do most of you guys count your calories while your bulking i know you have to make sure you get enough but what i do is make sure i get what im aiming for like 3000 cals atleast 200 gram protein good fats carbs but after i hit 3000 i just eat and dont count them .... its not like i go out and eat icecream ill still eat good stuff but i just dont count them.
... if anyoen gets what i mean i dont even understand what im saying

I wouldn't worry about calories much if you are getting them from healthy foods while bulking.

yea I get you, I do the same. Don't worry about it.
Its good to count them just to make sure you eat enough. Ex. I can feel satisfied with 2000cals a day but i need 3000 to make progress

or if you are like me and have a bottomless pit of a stomach and can overeat your daily calories in like 2 meals

I'm the same, bulking at the moment and the only thing i have to check on is that i'm getting my "total" intake for the day...I eat 6 meals (sometimes 7 if i can fit it in) so in generally just making sure i get 40g protien and around 600 cals per meal. I eat healthilly anyways, so the fats and carbs take care of them selves :)

what u guys eat to get in ur protein? its kinda hard to get in 40 g a protein at a meal without meat around
