Hey guys, as you already know, I am on a cutting diet, but I am dying to try creatine. Particularly V12 Or Satur8. However, I don't want to be bloated and look fat. Is there any creatine out there that doesn't make you look bloated and retain water????? And if not, is there an alternative to creatine, that would give you teh same results without the bloat and water retention?

it doesn't make u look fat per say...but i mean if u have a beer gut already creatine isn't gonna make it worse...the water retention from creatine just makes u lose cut-ness...so i guess it can make u look fatter...but more so u just lose cutness...

creatine isn't really all about retaining water, it's about increased energy

Thought it's prime goal was to increase water retention to muscles, therefore providing a better evvioroment for them to repair themselves and grow...
Edit: It doesnt make you look bloated (least didnt with me), it just makes your muscles look temporarily more full.
