Hello,

I'm kyle.

19 years old, college student. Have a membership to gym.

5'10" - 145 lbs.

Just looking to put on muscle without gaining fat. This is what i eat.

Skinless boneless chicken breast, vegetables, and salad with italian low fat-low carb low everything dressing. Usually 2-3 times a week.

Whey protein shake 5 times a week. (should be more)

Alot of times i make eggs, eat 5 of them scrambled.

Should i just be worried about exercizing and lifting? OR am i doing anything wrong here.

Every day..

I usually have two meals. One if chicken/steak/tuna .. and the other is a salad or something light. I do know everyone says eat 5 times a day but its hard to find the time. Just looking for other options.

Ditch the low fat dressing. You need that fat. You are hardly eating anything.

IF you don't have time to eat 5 times a day, then pack 3-4 whey shakes. And as mentioned above, you're not eating enough to gain weight.

No time is usually a pretty bad excuse for just not wanting to eat that much. Get up earlier for a bigger breakfast, pack a better lunch, eat your dinner, eat a snack at night. Take some nuts with you in your back pack. You'll learn to eat a lot. I used to think it was impossible, now I eat 4000 calories (clean) a day and I'm still hungry when I go to bed. Just have to train your body and stretch your tummy.

YOU CAN DO IT!

You only have 2 meals? Well if you want to put on muscle then you are going to have to eat more, alot more. It's not that hard to find time to eat. The other's have some good suggestions, listen to them.

Next question is WHAT to eat?

Peanuts i heard are a good fat.

Tuna, Chicken, Fish, Steak..?

How about lunch meats?

Eggs, are the yolks really that bad?

Lots of water, is milk decent?

Fast food, should i eliminate all? Or are some ok? Like subway? .. the right choices.

all of the above, and more! Fast food is ok if bulking but dont have it every meal. Just make sure youre getting more than enough calories.

Milk is awesome, it's been a huge help for me.

Egg yolks contain half the protein of the egg, so EAT THEM.

I'd recommend eating clean and not using fast food to get your calories, but that's just me.

Get your lunch meat from the deli.
