I have 2300 cal a day diet. I eat very good everyday. There are times, however, that I don't make it to 2300 and I have another 300 to go. I can live without them, I'm not that hungry...then thing is, if I don't have anything healthy around (Like some peanuts or something) then would I be better off just NOT eating the last 300 or should I cosume something NOT so healthy, like a pastry of some kind.

I know I should have the healthy food in the house, just wondering about times when I don't and the only thing in the cupboard are some cookies.

Better to skip it, than take in a whole ****load of Saturated Fats for the sake of it.

Buy some natural style peanut butter. 3 tablespoons and you have your 300 calories.

if you're really trying to bulk, then eat something with protein and no trans-fats (low fat cheese)

Unless this person is a midget I doubt he is trying to bulk on a 2300 calorie diet ;)

OMG teh SATZ r gon kill u!!!!1/one1!!

I used to be very careful not to eat anything 'dirty'... I got sick of it. If I feel like a burger and fries, I'll eat a f'n burger and fries! If you're bulking, don't be so worried about all this stuff. As Maki said in another thread, he's yet to see someone get huge and strong from eating steamed veggies and tuna.
