Well I think the title pretty much says it all.

Started the new journal to get away from all the negativity (that i created) in my previous journal.

Goals

get to between 200-210
will do psmf diet to achieve this
hoping to go 2 weeks between refeeds

Thanks for the encouragement everyone.

I got sick again on tuesday...hitting up a workout today...also having trouble with my knee so could not do legs going to try legs again next week. Today will be chest, back, bicep

not too bad for just starting out...could not get to the gym so had to do this at home...I know it isnt up to my usual standards...but i am happy with anything i can do for right now

i did 18 minutes on the treadmill

10 minutes at 2.3 speed 3% incline
8 minutes at 2.3 speed 5% incline

burned 107 regular calories and 33.2 fat.

May try to hit up another session later today

felt good to work teh legs. back on track second consecutive work out this week woohooo...diet was a little off today didnt want to follow the psmf as wanted to make sure I was wide awake for my interview (that low cal no carb stuff makes me tired as hell)

I will let ya'll know how the interview goes it is today at 4. I have a good feeling about this and I prayed for a sign as to which job i should choose...and since then i have not been able to get in touch with the guy for IBM so...I guess there is my sign.

where should you "feel it" after deads? I feel it in my quads, my hamstrings, and my lower back.

and he can within an inch of his life, he darted right out in front of a car...luckily the person slowed down and didnt hit his ass.

at least i confirmed i can run lol...not very fast though

i am going to check out ud2 as a diet option or maybe go back to the other diet that I was on for a while...It appears that i have lost alot of muscle through the psmf style of diet that i ahve been on...what i am thinking of doing is changing this up for a while to maybe gain some muscle back...or at halt slow the muscle loss down and then maybe switch back to psmf if all else fails

actually did some light jogging for the first time in about 11 years!! WOOHOOO knees felt fine too

my first weight goal is to get to 225, then 210...then evaluate from there

so i am 10 pounds away from the 225...which would be the first time in a LONG time that i am that low...I am pretty close to where i was when i stopped leanness wise...i will prolly take an ab and upper body shot later today.

today is leg day woohooo

refeed starts on saturday and then sunday will be a refeed day also just to a lesser extent then saturday.

right now i am thinking about bagels, chicken, brown rice (lots of brown rice) and probably some gatorade...any other ideas

i did a full body style workout minus shoulders...shoulder still sore...also as i get leaner...when i work my abs they are sore as hell...so that prevented me from doing many pulliups and also kind of sore when did wgpd

pullups 70 pound assist cg
2x4

chest press
70 pounds 3x10

pec deck
50 pounds 3x10

leg press
100 pounds 3x10

leg extension
90 pounds 3x8

seated rear delt row
90 pounds 3x10

wgpd
90 pounds 3x10

then did 10 minutes on the bike

weight is sitting around 230 today

tomorrow is the power workout...hoping to hit the 65s and maybe the 70s on db press and also probably going to try for 210 on deads.

Also since i went as low as 70 pounds assist on cg pullups the other day i would like to try getting down to as low as 50 pound assist
