OK so lets see how long it really does take to burn enough fat to create a 6 pack. My training portion began on the New Year. 20 Rep Squats are the basis for my leg day along with some isolation movements! (Uhm make no mistake about it 225X20 BURNS!) Since I work out 4 days a week I'll be doing 3 sets of Ab work every workout come hell or hi water! My diet I will incrementally clean up as I try to track my progress with a tape measure & calipers & scale. I'll be looking for help when I get stuck and thoughts on keeping most of the lean mass I have worked my ass off trying to get.
Tonight it's delt & abs,Thursdays are Arms & Abs,Sat Chest & back & abs and Sundays are Legs & abs. I'll grab some stats and maybe a pic tomorrow. It's been a while since I posted up a pic (too lazy I guess) cause my camera SUCKS and I have to jump through hoops to upload it into my system and them post it only to have it look like crap. OH well phase 2 of my long term plan starts today.

Ok so here we go

Stats
Weight:213 lbs
Waist:This is the largest part of my waist over the handles of love and belly with no sucking it in. 37-1/2" (yes I still wear 33" waist pants and some 34" but I don't wear my pants up on my love handles) So for the recod the tape says 37-1/2" at my largest point this is where I will be measuring.
Calipers say:10~14mm depending on where I'm taking 1 point 1 inch above my pelvic bone.
This is a pure crap method and I would guess my BF% to be around 15-18% but that doesn't matter I'm looking for smaller waist,more veins,smaller caliper readings everythng else is really subjective!
Diet:FILTHY I eat what I want, when I want ,OK so it's not full of junk but beer,birthday cake & Ice cream are regulars for the time being I will clean it up incrementally and hope I can progress 1/2 as well as ST does!

TEH RANDUMBZ:OK So I am doing my Shrugs in the cage and there's a flat bench to my left (pretty close to the cage) and a regular blonde who has a great body walks up smiles and motions if it's OK to use the bench ,sure I say expecting her to move it,instead she lays down on the damn thing right there and starts doing some leg raise and abs routine right there.....damn close to the bar and her loose clothes are all over the place. Gym full of mirrors and she rests while she's smiling and looking at me while I work and I'm trying to concentrate on my lifts meanwhile the Usual Tuesday girls are all giggley and watching from a distance. WHY the hell is this happening to me I wonder! I'm not complain or bragging I'll admit I like it but it's just entertainment! Could it be because I am having my wedding band resized? Nah I use gloves,oh well whatever it is I'll enjoy it...oh and one more thing LOTS of NEWBIES lots of CARDIO queens!! OH yeah spandex heaven!!Bring them on! :evillaugh:

LOL, I also saw alot of new cardio queens today. It was funny, some of the ladies who had been working out 3 days a week for the past year could not get on a treadmill because they were all being used by the newbies. There are some new hotties that have ventured in, hope a couple stick around.

DAMN gym was closed early yesterday due to some crappy weather so....I gotta do arms & abs tonight,Legs Sat,Chest& back on Sunday if I'm not skiing (weather & conditions depenedent)
Sad story ahead: I quit ski patrolling 2 seasons ago because it was too damn time consuming. I worked Monday Nights & Saturdays (days),during my 5 years there Mondays seemed to be horrific for traumatic injuries. This was part of what led me to decide not to do it anymore. Seeing young kids realy hurt bad and having worked one scene where the poor kid didn't make it just sucks. (It's an odd thing but when something like that happens the memories are VERY clear & vivid and they never seem to go away) ANYWAY, I saw on the new this last Tuesday that the mountain had another fatality this year. (On a MONDAY night) :(
I'll only say this once,if you ski or snowboard and you're young do NOT under estimate the danger that this sport presents. WEAR a DAMN HELMET! It could mean the difference between walking away and not! OK I'm off my soap box I consider my public service announcement fulfilled! :soapbox:

Anyway I'm in the squat rack and who comes to work out beside me? Hot bodied racquet ball blonde,we strike up small talk (hey she's one of the few I'll turn off the MP3 Player for :evillaugh ! So she's doing this OH dbext move and yeah every time she does it her shirt rides up her flat tan torso.
uhmm am I SUPPOSED to LOOK? Well I'm not dead yeat,but how can I concentrate on my squats when she's doing that and smirking (cause I swear to god she's doing to so I'll look) and then she has the gall to bend over to change dbs but not way down at the other end right beside me! I HAD to look,the thong was obvious and damn mirrors in the gym she caught me and smiled an evil grin. Fantastic body for her age! Fantastic body for any age really and a charming personality so for a few moments I forgot my aching back and squatted! I skied Sunday and there was no way I was doing legs after that! I have been mulling over the idea of hitting the gym in the mornings again (just for a change) BUT all that eye candy....hmmmm what to do!!!

TUNZ: Forget- Drowning Pool

TEH RANDUMBZ: Right now my lower back is absolutely destroying me have taken a couple Bextra but they aren't cutting it at all so I've got a heat wrap on. And I fully intended to do a weekly update but at this point deep breathes hurt and I slept like $hit for the past couple nights.
Update was the Scale said 211 lbs. (down 2 lbs) and I can seen veins starting to pop out. Didn't tape or caliper this morning I was NOT in the mood! I had a hydrocodone that seemed to work well on Sunday (guess I'll be calling the lame @$$ Dr of mine to see what he can do) (The lack of sleep is killing my ambition and by 11:00 I'm dragging. I probably shouldn';t have worked abs but it really didn't hurt last night while I was doing them but honest it hurts to stand right now. SO I'm sitting here whimpering to myself. If we get out early and the gym is open it will be arms tonight and I hope I can manage but right now all I want are some narcotics and a diagnosis that is a little more intuitive than "it's probably a strain or a sprain" (well no $hit SHERLOCK did I need an appointment for that??)

TEH RANDUMBZ: Not a very inspiring work out. Probably due to the fact that I've been sleeping like crap. Well got some muscle relaxers & Hydrocodone and finally had a good nights sleep. I got zero pump (muscles relaxed?) and my butt could drop off to sleep right now. Also started PCT a bit early (appetite and sleep were suffering badly) No way I was feeling hungry. Anyway the back will get a chance to heal up and I'll be able to begin everything ahead of schedule.

EYE-CANDY STUFF: The usual red head who was pretty shy & quiet without her brunette friend to giggle with. A couple blondes and one dynamite babe from spinning class.

TUNZ:Wake Up Dead-MEGADETH

TeH RANDUMBZ:SO what I did delts two days in a row! I was contemplating doing a small ab/forearm workout but decide it would be better to do delts & traps & forearms! I normally don't workout on Mondays so I got a double workout in. Besides I'm never happy about my shoulder work ,it's probablt the one muscle group I have that really can handle big volume training (unless were talking joint stressing type stuff). Cold than a MFR up here so far this week.....updates...hhmmmm two weeks since last readings WHY? Because wifey decided to clean off the top of the dresser and now I can not locate the tape measure or fat calipers.....GO FIGURE...(yeah she does that kind of stuff) but I have to accept it! (It's better than slamming my CC for a couple K. In here it's presently 76 MFG degrees ....I'm happy I don't heat the place! I like it at 65 or so..anyway the scale still says 209 lbs. I look a little leaner in the right places and there doesn't (or I haven't lost it yet) seem to be a lot of water retention in my face this time ,veins are popping out nicely and my only real complaint is my eyelids feel like 40 grit sand paper from all this dry heat!
I look like I was out in the parking lot with JEFF SPICOLI (Fast times @ Ridgemont hi it's a classic go watch it)

EYE CANDY Report:The numbers are dwindling already,the usual two giddy girls ,damn those loose shorts and WHY does she think she needs to do leg presses with them on and then come do curls in the pulley when I'm doing Cable lats? hhmmm not much else but the chci behind the counter.......Tall blone with a GREAT body...as clvmike would say she's a MILF. TEH RANDUMBZ: Damn frigid last night & this morning sub zero temps screwing up any hope of night skiing. (You don't want to ride the lift and be at the top of the mountain when it's -20 windchill!) I'm sure the skiing was crisp too! I was a little disappointed with the dips but what can I do? I can't go balls to wall non-stop and right now during the start of pct I'm just trying to hold lean mass & weight and drop a bit of fat. ABS I skipped 'em last night still a little sore in the lower back but it's 90% this morning.

EYE-CANDY REPORT: Well it was skimpy at best last night although there was this nice looking spinning babe who walked through the gym with a STRUT that made me bust out in laughter. I swear her stride and posture were that of a runway model on her way through. God bless her she made me laugh out loud! Other than that there was NOTHING,nada,niet,zilch. Back no normal for a Thursday night!

Dips lookin awesome bro. I too have that difficulty with going balls out on everything. I'm starting to learn, that it's just not possible to do that on every lift, and still recover in time for the next session.

The RANDUMBZ:No BULL$HIT I was as close to puking as I have ever come last night,it really didn't hit me till I was done with abs but I was sweating profusely and gasping for air when I felt my stomach churning so I made a mad dash to the locker room after I was done and thought a couple of times I was going to heave. I couldn't wait to get outside and get some cold fresh air windows down the whole way home & it was near zero....but that's how it goes!
The truth is the squats came surprisingly easy to me....I got through 17 and I was like WOW redemption from the crappy chest & back day! then 18-19 my legs were twicthing and shaking my face was beat red-last rep I swear I saw shooting stars...but I was so psyched I went ahead and did more quad work. I had a head ache earlier in the day but then after this it came back three fold BUT the satisfaction I got from reaching 20 was great. I think I found my groove doing the 20 Rep squat. Till Next time anyway when it's 242.5 lbs. on a Sunday Morning!

EYE CANDY REPORT:WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED? A NEW INFLUX of CARDIO QUEENS last night is what happened. 3 dark & delicious brunettes were at the top of the stairs.
Yeah there had to be a new teacher or something going on. Very nice looking all of them and one whom I have seen out in my bar excursions years ago....I was pleased with myself that she spotted me in my workout gear and smiled ,eyes locked on me as I walked towards the squat rack. Mondays it would seem are the busiest and attendence dwindles as the week goes on. I hate having classes on Mondays & Wednesdays it's really screwing up my damn EYE CANDY!

Teh Randumbz:Well on that first exercise I wanted to get away from the Smith machine to see if I could involve more stabilizing muscles,however the BENCH I had to use sucked it was a convertable bench and the back was so hi it limited my ability to lower the bar so I ended up doing these behind my neck. After I got a feel for it I thought it was a bit light but when I tried it up front being unable to move my face out of the way it became difficult. OH well! On another note MY QUAD DOMS are getting worse. But I am enjoying it! I'll be skiing on them tonight!!!

I wanted to cave his skull in and I was only standing behind him? (OK I'm done now I feel momentarily better)! :D

EYE Candy Report:Well it was pretty dismal last night. The Tuesday night twosome who are regulars,nothing eventful to report on there and the Bleach Blonde Yoga chic with the nice body who always does her abs on the bench beside the squat rack.I guess Mondays are the preferred days when they all feel guilty about their weekend excursions and need to go to cardio class to repent for those sins?

Oh man how could I forget about this? Somebody smack me! So a while ago the wife decided to take an annual amount that we used to consume in cigarettes and she put it in a mutual fund. Well we had earmarked the funds for a "SOMEDAY AUSTRALIA" trip.
Anyway considering the time spent on aircraft getting there we decided to put that one out there a bit further to when we can both take a 2 week vacation in one long shot.
So anyway my wife did all the leg work and the planning and it's much to her credit but we're going on a Western Caribbean Cruise stopping at the Grand Caymans & Jamaica. I'm really looking forward to it, black tie dining, and hopefully some scuba diving and just plain relaxing and soaking up (hopefully) lots of sunshine,cardio & good food & drink.

If you've been before feel free to pass along helpful info. Oh and uh I want to have that 6 pack by then....I've got about 4 months.......


Lastly update info....stayed off the scale....pants are getting loser yet my largest part of my midsection has only lost 1/2" down to 37".
Calipers were reading a consistent 8mm at the ab flab area.....not sure what that equates to BF % wise but it's still TOO much!

And Skiing sucked last night the jerks were blowing snow up INTO the lift...we made one run, the top 1/2 of the mountain was deluged in a deep snowmaking fog that limited visibility to 15 yards max! Voiced my displeasure with the snow making and left and got some sleep (too bad because the snow was not too bad).

Well I did manage to work out a bit BUT I missed my weekend sessions (Saturday I was so hung over from having 2 too many Ales during a mild celebration where I actually had a good time and got a compliment from GUYS who haven't seen me since I started working out) that really felt sincere & cool!

Sunday the wife and I skied our butts off so I wouldn't have been able to Squat if my life depended on it.

So I am WAY behind and need to work those sessions is somewhere....I have a POSSIBILTY (remote) of picking up a new workout partner during the week (we'll see if it was the beer talking or not I guess)

My WBB time is going to be short this week I need to make a General Chat post and I'll try to hit those journals as time permits.

TEH RANDUMBZ:Well my bf% has to be dropping I have veins appearing regularly now but I did a stupid thing yesterday & jumped on the scale. After a lousy weekend of hang-over and no decent food I was depressed but decided to take my own advice...I'm staying off the scale.... I'm getting consisent 8mm flab readings with the calipers......largest part of my midsection hasn't changed much.....HOW do you narrow this area??
I've really been wanting to do a little more cardio....I guess that means bad things for the wife :evillaugh OK well the truth is that I want to put my drum set back together and do some hard core drumming (this is a decent form of cardio) and yeah I would always like to throw some more horizontal cardio in there!!! ALWAYS!! :D

Nice work in here Wikked-man. When you do those lateral raises you were "whining" about, do you keep your hands/dumbells below your elbows? (or, at the most, level with them)? I just started doing that a few workouts ago, and it makes a huge difference.

That's exactly what I thought... until I actually tried it. I've got long arms too. I thought if I had them stretched out as far as possible, it would be the hardest. However, it targets some other muscle when you do this (especially if you raise the dumbells above shoulder level) - maybe your traps or something? If you keep the dumbells below or level with your elbows, it focuses almost exclusively on the delts... and it's REALLY hard.

TEH RANDUMBZ:Well I did a morning session (my butt was dragging from Thurdsday night's Queensryche show. So I wanted to make sure I got my arms in ( I don't know WHY really) the isolation part of my routine really doesn't seem to pay the dividends that I wish they did.
I guess I just didn't have the hard core frame of mind to go in and crank out 20 rep squats. Looked especially flat this morning took a long time to get the blood flowing and some veins to do their thing. This happens to me every time I decide to drop some weight. I get wishy washy about it because I start feeling small. Granted I will never have that 250 lbs of mass that I want (I just don't have the DNA for it) I'm a slender long limbed guy who might have had a shot at that if he had kept working out through out his life starting when he was a teenager. But you can't go backwards and I'm here now,best I can do is the best I can do.
3 weeks of PCT and I'm feeling good & back to normal and I would guess my strength is right now at my weakest. Looking back I've got good progress each time I visit the dark side but never the magic I really wish I could get. That is probably as much to do with genetics & age more than anything else. About the only thing I haven't considered is probably thr substance I would benefit most from (hgh). Maybe after I do considerable research I'll consider it (damn expensive though)

I-CANDY Report:It was early morning so the only thing worth mentioning was the girl working the counter. In shape petite blonde and I got her to cook me breakfast (UH yeah I had a PWO shake) GET IT! :D

I try to stay away from the smith machine, unless there are no spotter handy. It's hard to mimic the actual movement, especially on shoulders. Smith benc/incline/close-grip are ok for a change, but not for the basis of a workout.

I feel ya on the dark side, it's tempting. 250 is a lofty goal, even if you never get there, your ahead of the game!

(It never does much for me except bloat me up a bit but I figure I could use it to help fill out the flatness I'm feeling).

TEH RANDUMBZ: Sure hope I'm not getting sick,but my sessions have taken a nose dive this week. Those crunches were agonizing and I just didn't have anything left in the tank. Feeling run down but not whipped. Decided I would get off my ass early in the morning and hit the treadmill.....emphasis is lose body fat! I'm going to experiment with a little bit of clen for a couple weeks and hopefully ST can get my diet aligned to where I'll hold on to the lean mass and drop fat. Talk of a snowstorm (Up to 12") here......that can only mean two things.....morons behind the wheel and maybe a decent ski day!
On the down side my Mom who's always had lousy health (she's had to take blood thinners for the better part of the last 30 years) suffered a minor stroke last night (minor because the major symptoms disipated after a couple hours),not much more I can say about it.

Mom Update: it seems that the major symptoms have diminished and my mom has made a full recovery. (Tests will reveal further) but I'd like to thank all you guys & ladies for your support! Thanks you all are some of the best people I know!

Did a workout with an old friend I ran into (in the hopes I could find a decent weekday workout partner) I don't think it's going to happen though ...(I;m not converting to his gym (too cramped and under equipped) Must admit far more I-CANDY there but that's not my excuse to hit the gym.
We worked Bis & Quads but it became apparent that my old friend is mostly concerned with his arms and less with his legs. We squatted in the SMITH which was a pi$$ poor excuse of a smith and I really didn't like it but I tried to convince him that squats work more than his legs.......wasted my breathe I think.

Any way I won't post the work out it was an experiment in Curls de Jour.

Further stuff....I've decided I'll do treadmill work first thing in the AM. 20-25 mins I need to drop the flabby middle!!!

Next I'm going to post up some pics (quality wise they are pretty shabby,but it's been a while so I figured I needed to document progress or lack of.)

If those laterals hurt your shoulders, I'd just do them the way you were originally doing them... maybe your arms aren't designed for the other way :) They worked for me, anyway. Did you try using lighter weight?

I did a chest/Back session Saturday and skied Jiminy Peak Sunday and being that it was my Anniversary yesterday the wife & I spent the day skiing OKEMO. Skied until we dropped!
My pecs are still slightly sore as I've added some new movements.
I'll post some more specific workout stuff starting tomorrow but just know I'm getting up and cranking out cardio for 20-30 minutes early AM every morning....fat HAS to be going somewhere I hope!

Glad I got my skiing in because the weather has warmed and the snow is melting fast....driveway was a biotch this morning! Called a fromer co-worker of mine last night whom I haven't spoken to regularly. He has some great BBing experience and I was hoping I could talk him into helping me get ripped but alas he really didn't want to go there. I refues to deal with the trainer at my gym mainly because I don't see him training anyone who's in good shape.....is that wrong of me? I want advice and help from someone who knows how to get shredded and if you don't train anyone who is I guess I'm prejudice that way. I don't beleive in the have faith stuff. Probably a mistake on my part but I want proof that you can help me before I shell hard earned cash for what amounts to a rehearsed song & dance.
I want results dammit!!

What is the magic? The magic is holding on to the gains after PCT. It's a yo-yo effect at
best when on I gain good size and strength,as time goes by I feel bloated and it seems like
I reach the limit of the gear...a plataeu in a manner of speaking,from there I'll gain nothing more and even if I eat more & more it seems to go right to my waist.
Now what does that mean? These are strictly Test & Tren cycles. I might go as high as 750mg/test & 300mg tren a week and then I'll drop the Tren out for the last 3 weeks or so. (Why?) Last Time I finished off with the final 6 weeks of Tren my d*ck was in the dirt for the entire PCT. So having learned that lesson I finish off with test and keep my sex drive alive.
I'm really in an age bracket where I need to keep my expectations realistic and I know that adding another chemical into the mix isn't going to get me where I want to go but I guess maybe I need to supplement my way through a cut? If I can hold the mass and size (within reason) down to a decent body fat level (yes an honest < 10% bf) then that is the magic I'm looking for.

I see the flaw in your plan Wikked.
You are using Test and Tren to bulk.
I HATE Tren as a bulking drug. I never gained anything but strength and hardness out of it. I am about to start deca and EQ (As much as I hate deca\eq dick) to put some serious mass on.
without knowing your diet I have to say that you need to keep a really close eye on your diet post cycle as that is what causes you to lose everything. I successfully completed PCT without losing any of my gains last time around. Age should not be a factor. I myself have tested the limits of a test only bulk and it only takes you so far. Gains are slow. How much protein are you getting in a day? Post your EXACT diet and we will see how to make sure you hang on to your gains next time around.

In looking at my diet it appears I'm not getting enough protein (thanks again Nevermore) and as I look I think I may be a bit high in the fats category too.

ICANDY:It was barren late Sat. afternoon. Except for this cardio queen who decided

TEH RANDUMBZ:Wow got in a lot of skiing early yesterday. Funny thing is I must be in ski shape because I'm not getting the quad burn that I love to hAet. Got pretty mobbed by noon so we booked. The real cut to begin as soon as I get in to the dreaded GNC (gold card week) and pick up the rest of the stuff I need. When I say real cut it's a true firm diet plan and I'm hanging with it till I get the 6 Pack (thanks again ST for outlining it) I should start in earnest this week. Have all my foods & I've just got to grab some green tea caps (cause I don't like tea) but I'll document the way that a dedicated lifter does. Weekly progress and if I can get the new camera maybe some weekly flab shots. Work is going to be hell here the next few days (I work with a guy who has a chronic bug up his ass that he's got to leave early for.....another job as a waiter.....I'd be tossing his open mouth peanut chewing squirrel ass down the road if I were the boss.
Attendance here here is pretty flexible but it puts a strain on the team when you get a couple people who decide they need a day off and drop their $hit work on someone else....so I will get even later this week when the snow storm is over I will ditch this place for a ski date

It's probably the diet and all the cardio you're doing that's making you sore. My last week of work, I had a 1-hour game of squash, and about two hours' equivalent of cardio on machines, plus the regular weight training, and my back and legs and everything just ached the whole week. But keep it up :thumbup:

hey wikked if you want a more accurate measurement on 3 point caliper testing do your Chest, abdomen, thigh.. but if you want an even more accurate you can do a 7 point.. cause for me my bf% changes + -5% if i do thigh, abs, arms, since i dont carry much fat on my legs or arms just mainly my mid-section..

Teh Randumbz:OK The diet is pretty bland but I was 100% on it....one diversion was maybe 12 almonds yesterday. Other than that it is exactly as perscribed. I will have to find a way to liven it up but GOD it was tough cause for the first time in a LONG time I was HUNGRY! Plain Oats suck! I have to just gulp that sh** down! Comments from a guy at the gym says I look bigger (I just can't see it) but I think he's such a nice guy he always offers a kind word.
Also noteworthy I don't notice much so far on this diet. I need to jump on the scale and see what it says....I also need to inquire about cheat days I guess.

Now I have tiny calfs and my legs are what I'd call normal (I'll never have that huge muscle mass I'm simply past the gobs of muscle prime years) anyway leg veins rock....now if I can get those old bicep veins popping I'll know I'm making good progress!

OK over the weekend I got a lousy a$$ leg session in that I'm not bothering
to post because I was supposed to start 245X20. Well I got the bar up and I'm
ready for squatting and I swear every tendon in my legs started crying. My knees,my
ankles,my lower back it was as if I put 365 on...I was in pain so I did 10 and a couple more sets
and wondered HOW the HELL could I feel this lousy? Later onthe treadmill my shoes felt 80 lbs of
lead and every time I took A step the heaviness rivetted through my body like an electric shock.
That was Friday.
Saturday I went in to do Chest& Back.....Flat DB BP which agonized my delts so I decided I'd do
Inclines (which for some reason are far more comfy on the delts) So....90X8 no problem...I'm wanting to do the 100's this morning.....I grab the 95's resting them on my knees I catapult them up to my delts...and BOOM! Press them into position over chest arms extended. Rep 1 no problemo hey this is going to be easier than I thought,Rep 2 BOOM up they go.....on the way down Rep #3 and it's all over for me.....my left arms goes out instead of up and there's no phucken way I'm getting it back despite my feeble atempt to slow it down on it's way to the floor. I was in a complete zone and a lapse in concentration let that thing loose and it was all over then.
So Along with my bruised and battered ego my left delt and bicep now aches like I have hyper extended my elbow.
At any rate I finished my lame a$$ workout with lighter weights and now I'm wondering what I'll be able to do today......delts? Arms? Lower body?
On the diet front I really can see the flab is lowering it's hold on me....legs are looking vascular and the bicep veins are starting to peek through. But I did lapse and have 2 Sam Adams White Ales yesterday.

I'm hoping I can manage to workout without causing to much inflammation in my arm and all I can think about is AKA23's adventure when he fractured his upper arm in a similar incident.
I'm thinking I'm alright but I will say the whole upper arm is sensative to pain...as skiing yesterday made that baby throb and making the bed was no picnic either!

D@mn bro! Rough weekend. If the arm/shoulder is actually hurt you might want to go the same route Chubrock did for a while. All legs(mostly squats) until you be all healed up. Of course abbs and cardio should be ok to do to.

This will be a boring read for most of you but anyway ....my former workout partner walks into the gym Monday as I'm ready to lift....I can tell by the look on his face something is wrong. Now I've know this guy for better than 20 years and we've been friends a long LONG time. He was a great workout partner (as long as he was doing a cycle) otherwise he'd slack....any way....he walks in and tells me about his wife sleeping with some other dude and she's filing for divorce, landed his butt in the slammer and court (cause he was dumb enough to GRAB her)....There's a whole lot more to the story and there's always 2 sides but let me just say this.....when you sleep with someone else & you're married and you get caught.....consider yourself lucky you don't wind up pushing daisies...people lose their minds over this kind of thing....it really bothers me cause I had heard some time ago that she was only with him for his money...(he had a big injury settlement from a while ago) and he put her butt in the house and the stuff she has (she's a waitress at a DINER) she couldn't afford the rent on a trailer without him....
I never said a word cause this isn't the kind of thing you repeat to a bro without rock solid proof.....anyway I'm just saddened to think that my good freind has been $hit on by his wife...I really hAet seeing this kind of thing as common as it is...

I did legs Wed I'll post later.
I was nauseated the whole time and I thought it was just cause it was LEG day.....3:16 AM Thursday morning I woke up did my thing noticed I was feeling light headed and stomach pains.....Thursday AM comes.....coffee.....about 3 sips and I'm ready to blow chunks...needless to say I spent yesterday flat on my back in bed.....my diet? all day I managed some ginger ale,a can of soup and some crackers...I was so hurting I honestly never moved from my bed from 8:00 until 5:00 when I transferred to the couch for some wife nurturing and a cold cloth,a bowl of soup and then back to bed.....I crashed hard hoping I would sleep without having to get sick again...needless to say yesterday could have been considered a depletion day! Today I am still trying to take care of my stomach which feels FULL at the slightest hint of food....and I don't know if I can manage workout or not (5:00 I'll decide) but for now all I can do is burp the fish oil burps and sip ginger ale. Still a marked improvement over yesterday!

Just when you thought it was safe to eat again
So I did a light Chest & Back session Friday after work.
2 exercises each cause I hadn't eaten much and I wasn't sure
how I was going to be feeling.
The left arm from the previous weeks Incline press abortion acted
up bigtime during pullups & Lat Pull Downs. So I took the weekend off.
Saturday I felt alright...decided that since I was really on a liquid
diet for 1-1/2 days I'd get some solid food. Went out to breakfast and
grabbed a Ham & Cheese Omolette big side of Home fries, OJ and coffee.
I ate and god did I feel bloated...full & FAT. So I skipped lunch as I was feeling so-so.....when it came to dinner time I thought I was pretty hungry....wife suggested something light....but being the ignoramous I am I wanted big calories to make sure I wasn't withering away ....Pizza Hut Pizza which was NOT a bright idea...I had 4 slices and about 1/4 of a beer ,completely full ,I stuffed some antacid down to make sure...then I hit the sack early....slept like crap....woke up and I'm not exaggerating I actually used the bathroom 10 frigging times yesterday. (and I'm not talking about standing UP in there either) 10 times in a 14 hour period, I thought sure as $hit I was dying from food poisoning and that I couldn't possibly be this sick again...
I'm working today but still that bloated gut feeling is with me and I'm starving....food looks appealing ,coffee turned my stomach and the thought of anything nauseating gives me the almost vomitting reaction (it's a psyche thing....If I got sick eating it then I won't go near it for a LONG LONG LONG time)
The wife woke up with it this morning (So I guess my theory of her reading the eye-candy report and poisoning me is shot?) :D
Anyway WHAT a dose of this flu I've got......can't eat....feel full (stomach does) ....I would have thought I'd drop weight like crazy but instead I'm 205.....strange for sure. I can't stomach the thought of plain oats,turkey and a soft wrap.....blech! I'm still on the soup,crackers & ginger ale diet,don't dare eat anything that's marginal or bland. I did manage some ice cream last night which settled well and seemed to cool me down a little bit.(Yeah I was running a temp the whole time)....

Severed Ties:It was an official relapse...but yeah Pizza Hut Pizza by far managed to clean the pipes that's for sure. OH hey man I'd sooner drink a carton of egg whites (no problem) as opposed to some of the stuff I've tried eating. Dude raw eggs are NOTHING I mean almost flavorless...and pressed for time easier to drink than cook,then eat.

I-CANDY Report: WOW a feast for the eyes for a little while. First a stunning brunette I haven't seen in almost a year and yeah she is built and SMOKIN' hot. (this girl should be considered ARMED & DANGEROUS) :hump: worthy! Then a new twosome one of which is eye candy because of her choice in workout pants. Not bad to look at but her pants are NOT spandex but fit her shape perfectly and accentuate those all important curves. Like the Docker's commercial used to say "NICE PANTS" well I just like the way hers fit. Oh and she's a cute red head....what is it with red heads?

Teh Randumbz:Well I am finally back to normal as far as my health goes. Surprisingly I lost almost no weight and I haven't taken a measurement because I'm pretty sure I made no changes anywhere.
This week's pretty much a wash for the diet and I'm going to try to implement it again when I can hit the store for food. (Right now my stomach does flip flops at the thought of oats,eggs,Soft Tortilla and turkey) so I have to change it up bit until I can implement fully otherwise I'm just pretending.

Teh Randumbz:WOW activated the pain in the right arm again......guess no direct arm work for a while longer! Still sore today OUCH! OK I've got this new guy coming in for a while now....you know the type 3" ROM and reps so fast if you blink you miss his entire set. Well it's hard NOT to notice this guy as much as I try to ignore him as he's wearing his street clothes and a head band like a tennis type of head band....and I $hit you NOT ACE BANDAGES wrapped around each of his hands & forearms......I guess he was watching Rocky 3 over the weekend or something? Now listen I'm really not one to ammuse myself at a :newbie:'s expense BUT this one is hysterical to watch cause he runs around like a rabbit but he does dips & pullups with such a short ROM you can't help but notice. I really have been tempted to say something to him but I'm afraid he'll take it the wrong way you know? I mean it I've got more ROM when I'm ******* off! OK sorry about that I just had to put my rant somewhere!

I've been trying to drop calories by eating smaller meals and I'm down to an even 200 lbs......fat reading....not sure......abs are solid but too much fat over them I can honestly feel the six pack but those lower abs......at LEAST an inch of flab concentrated right there......no where else damn it....OH well...things are looking up and I'm thinking I may just have to start doing 2 doses of cardio per off day.....
