Hi hows it going.
I am looking to see if you can help me out with a meal schedule for my work days as i have tried to and fiding it a bit difficult.
I am trying to bulk up with roughly 300 to 350g Prot / Same with Carbs a day.

Here is the average work day.

8:30 - Wake Up
8:45 - Breakfast
11:00 to 12:00 - Workout
Sometimes 12:00 - 1:00 Workout
3:15 - Start Work
5:15 - Break 1
7:15 - Tea
9:45 - Break 2
11:30 - Arrive Home
12:30 - Sleep

Now i need to work out when to plan my meals.

1030-something light, whey shake with fruit maybe
11-12-workout
12-postworkout shake(whey and carbs)
230-next meal
515-your 1st break eat again
945-break 2 eat again
1130-get home eat again
