Could someone please give me some advice on what I need to work on and also what body fat I am approximately at. I use to be 225lbs and worked my ass off to get down to about 165. I realize that I probably have a bulk coming in the near future, but I would like to know the cleanest way to do it so I dont gain too much fat along with the muscle. Thanks in advance!

eat and eat some more don't cut or you will not be happy with the end result, just bulk right now and gain some muscle mass.

read the sticky about what a bodybuilder eats. eat that stuff and eat a lot of it. you will put on some fat, but you obviously can cut if off, so it shouldn't be that much of a worry

Check out the Diet & Nutrition forum for clean foods. You're pretty lean right now and its still winter so you should be bulking ;).

Congrats on dropping the ~60lbs.
