Sup all. I am a new member and guess what I want to get big. I am 22 years old, 6'4" and about 215 right now with about 13-14% body fat. I want to be about 225 with around 10-11%. I just started doing squats again and have been gaining weight. I stopped for a few years because of a football injury. Please help me out and tell me what I need to work on the most. The picture is about 3 months old and I was about 208lbs.
Bench: 300X3
Deadlift: 355X8
Squats: 275X3

you look pretty good.

read the sticky in diet and nutrition about what a bodybuilder eats, and eat that stuff. if you want to get huge, start bulking. then cut down to your desired weight.

i don't know what your routine is, but your stats say that you are pretty strong. if your routine is lagging, you may want to try one of the wbb routines

I change my routine about every few months. I started a new one and I am about to finish the second week.

Monday - Chest/BIs
Tuesday - Deadlifts and legs
Wednesday - Shoulders/triceps
Thurday - Back/forearms
Friday - Chest/BIs
Saturday and Sunday off

I do 3-4 excerises per body part for 3-4 sets at 4-6 reps. This last monday I did this workout:
Flat Bench 260/6 265/6 270/5 270/5 320 for a negative
Incline Dumbell press 80 for 8/7/6
Incline Cable Flyes 40/8 60 for 6/6
Dumbell Pullovers 100 for 7/6/6
Barbell Curls - 90 for 8 and 100 for 6/6
Hammers - 50 for 6/6/6
Seated Zottman Curls - 40 - 6/6/5

I dont feel like I am overtraining because I continue to increase either reps or weight every weak.

When I was weight training in highschool we did everything for 5 reps or less. A lot of 3s and 1s. What is a good rep range for deadlifts? I have heard that you should never go over 5 reps and I have heard people doing 8-12 reps. I generally do 5 reps one week and 8 the next but 8 reps with heavy weight and I feel like I am about to throw up when I am done. Please let me know what you think. And also thanks for the responses.

I generally do 4-8 reps on DL's, except when I'm trying to test for my max.
