It's fairly high in protein and relatively lean. I eat it sometimes. Probably high in sodium though (not that I care).

I'd stay away from corned beef/hash that comes in a can unless you're bulking. high fat, high preservatives, and it'll take a gallon of water to rehydrate yourself afterwards.

Per 100g:
Calories - 228
Protein - 25
Fat - 14
Sat fat - 6

Per slice:
Calories - 70
Protein - 8
Fat - 4.2
Sat fat - 1.9

^^Pretty general but its the breakdown of the type i eat which i guess will vary slightly. I normally have 4 slices on wheat bread or generally 4 slices at a time as well as some dairy etc... I dont Ever eat the canned stuff !

As for Pastrami i have no idea, dont even know if its available in the UK :scratch:

pastrami is available in the UK. I had some on friday.

Its generally a lean meat. Highish in soduim, but then cured meats generally are.
High in protien as cooked beef normally is. Taste nice as well.
i got a 1kg with my name on coming to work for me tomorow. yum
