How do i figure out my bodyfat? do i have to go see a doctor? not that im concerned im a hardgainer, im just curious as to my BF%

calipers for ~$20 @ GNC, supposedly pretty accurate

You can also use devices that measure your bodyfat through bioelectrical impedance. Some say it is pretty accurate, others not. It's quick and easy though. I use one at the gym and I always get roughly the same result, at least it's consistent.

You can find the Accu-Measure Fat Track Gold with MyoTape online for $25-30; it's probably a better deal than anything at GNC. The MyoTape is nice because you can easily take your measurements and plug them into online bodyfat calculators. In the absence of expensive and time-consuming immersion/BodPod measurements, it's a decent way to make sure your caliper values are generally accurate. Once you're good with the caliper, you might not need to do this, but it's definitely useful at first.
