I've read that alot of people complain about certain AS that create soreness in their injection site.

What is the cause of this soreness and why does it only occur with certain AS?

Because of the alcohol in certain substances.....

Or because someone could be nervous when doing their injection and their hand could be shaky which in turn would move the needle around a lot inside the body and cause the injection site to become very sore for a day or so....this has happened to be several times

i agree with gyno. moving the needle to much was the cause for me...although it was insulin and the pin was only 29g when i was shaky i would end up with a 2" dark purple brooze from it.

The more concentrated (mg/ml) a substance, the more alcohol has to be used to keep it in suspension, right?

Or am I wrong as usual.

You can put only so much steroid in the oil alone, to get the concentration higher you can add benzyl alcohol to it and more steriod will stay suspended in solution... so you're correct belial.

There are many things that injection site soreness can be attributed to...
-concentration of the gear you're using
-amount of alcohol in the solution
-particular kind of gear you're using
-how close you are to a nerve
-kind of oil used (and whether it's been sterilized with heat or not... if it's heat sterilized then that tends to make the injection site a little more tender at times. I don't know if it's due to the oil going rancid or what... )
-how much you move the needle while it's in ya
-whether you tense up the muscle you're injecting into (One time moved my leg while injecting into a quad. The holes in the skin n muscle didn't line up anymore, as soon as the needle was out of the muscle it jumped about an inch cuz the skin was stretched... hurt like hell.)
-how sharp your pin is
-whether the needle is lubricated or not
-size of the pin
