over the last 2 weeks my bench has gone downward.i was doing 78 and know i am doing 70./...i havent changed anything apart from doing back and bies before chest tries and shoulders..i used to do it the other way around..and also i dropped weighted dips...any suggestions? my sleeping and eating has been better aswell

go back to donig chest first, followed by back&bi's

would doing back and bies the DAY before chest make that sort of a difference? but my incline is pretty good and it isnt dropping...would not doing dips make a dif?
i think i mighta mkade it out as if i did them all on the same day... id do

i used to do it the other way around...
My friend last week had the exact same problem. He did back on tuesday and chest on wednesday. Hiss bench suffored big time.
Go back to doing chest-tri/monday, back-bi/thursday

how many days rest do u give ur muscle to heal? is 2-3 ok?
