your pictures aren't working..please do not jump into anabolics after only such a short time training...give yourself at least 4 years of training naturally before crossing over...otherwise you will be wasting time, money and effort

Gabrielle - i want to compete in the juniors next year at 20 and they nearly all take roids in the EFBB events and i only want to compete natural once because i want to be a freak. anyway theirs no time like the present ;)

At 19 you are old enough to decide what you want to do
IMO you should stick at it natural for a couple more years and see where you end up, I dont think it would be juicing etiquette to needle up at 112lbs.. At least work up to 180 or something

You're definately in the single digits in terms of body fat. Maybe 6-7%???? I dunno?
You should start bulking.

You seem to have good proportions to me. Nothing seems to be lagging. I would just work on gaining some overall mass.

Dont' take the steroids yet, you can gain alot more weight quickly and naturally if you track your calories and everything.

I gotta agree with the others. Eat like you mean it for a few years and build a base then take that next step. I'm not being unkind but no amount of juice will get you ready to compete seriously within this year. No point in jumping in too soon. Do some reasearch, you'll be glad you did.
You are lean as hell and have a lot of potential, just keep bulking and you will make great progress.

AdmiralDan - the legs are in my pics now too :)
i added them in now lol was out clubbing last night so i couldn't tense my legs properly cos was raving all night and all morning!
BigE54 - iam 116/118lbs not 112 :p
Smalls - yeah i agree with you mate but iam going to enter an NPA event this Summer which is for naturals only (drug tested) so most competitors will be more defined rather than having a lot of size + its the juniors.
BTW your not being unkind, i dont mind. I need the negative comments to see were i need to improve. :)
Anyway i just want to experience competing thats all - even if i come last it will just give me more motivation to train harder. i want to compete now cos it will be easier for me to get a trophy if i compete as a junior cos once i get past this age its a whole new ball game!

I'm glad you didnt take my comments harshly. You have a good attitude bro, and I respect your desire and balls to compete. Keep at it.

ok i finally got the link to work again :) ...so could you please compare my legs to my upper body cos i think but not sure that my legs are lagging behind. suggest more leg work?

u proved u can cut with the best of them. now u gotta add some more muscle,, id go on a bulk,, add about 500 cals to your daily total and lift heavy 4-6 rep range.

Listen, even if you take roids and don't eat or train properly, you're not going to see the gains that others see.
Its nice to be so shredded and it allows you to appear bigger than if you weren't so shredded, but if you want to compete you have to put on some serious size. Even if you gained 20lbs of pure muscle mass, the guys in your class are still going to be bigger/weigh more. So basically you have to put on 40-50lbs and cut back.
I personally think its dumb to roid after only training 6 months - 1 year, even 2 years. You'd see much better gains if you just ate.
