Whey isolate or concentrate?
Egg and whey are the best sources of protein.. (Bioavailability BV)

doesn`t say wiz. bought it a sports store not really a health or supplement store so probably didn`t sell the isolate.
how di i tell ad just what difference does it make?

The primary difference between isolate and concentrate is that the isolate is more pure and also contains more protein with less fat and lactose per serving.Based on whose figures you go by, whey isolate usually contains between 90-98% protein while whey concentrate has a protein ratio of 70-85% or less.
Whey isolate 110-159
Whey concentrate 104
Whole egg 100
Cow's milk 91
Egg white 88

i believe its somewhere like 85-90% p
anyway is the price bad?
