just wondering what the pros and cons are of cutting dairy out of ur diet because i think whe i did it made a big positive impact on my weight loss progress

If you are a person who consumes a lot of dairy products, the obvious pro would be that you would cut out a big chunk of your calories, which is good for weight loss.

Another pro could be the fact that you would be cutting out a lot of sugary carbs (milk).

Cons - losing vitamins/minerals, calcium has been known to aid in fat loss.

That's all I can think of at the moment.
