I just started Using the Fitday web site, which i think i awsome, and i noticed that like 800-1100 of my calories a day come from milk.
Is that a bnad source of calories or not?
To much milk?
tend to drink more then water almost

Not sure, how much milk is that anyways?? About 2.5L ?? If so that sure is alot.....

I drink 1% milk myself and it's 3.3g of casien protien per 100ml, so you at least must be gettin a good amount from that much...

Yeah its around 2.5 to 3 liters of milk, a day

seems fine to me if your bulking. Personally i love the 3% milk, yum yum, not as good as 1% but tastes so much better :)

I personally feel milk is a great source of calories. I drink skim and get my fat from other sources, but I get about 1 to 1.5 gallons every day (1500+ at least). There are always better sources with more fiber, lower insulin index etc, but for getting your calories in and putting on muscle you can't beat milk.

nothing wrong with that much milk as long as your on a bulk...but that much milk when your on a cut can kill your progress with its high GI etc. but i personally try to drink milk as much as possible with meals and before i go to bed because of its pretty quality cals along with being a good source of casein protein....i usually have 1/2 c. of cottage cheese with about 15 oz. of milk and a scoop of nitrean before bed every night....

i thought it was high GI? or high Insulin Index? i know its high on one of the indexes haha...
