Alcohol;preservatives; etc.

Hi guys

Im starting to do serious bodybuilding now.......i would like to know what does caffine, preservatives do to you? why is it better that u shoudnt eat food or drink stuff with those in???? O and before i forget what about Gass cooldrink and alcohol? why not them either? :cry:
