cant find dextrose or malto, any good subs pwo? i heard something about gatorade powder?? anyone, cant i just have a banana+whey+creatine? :confused:
lately ive just been having whey+oats+creatine but i know this isnt good enough, maybe some sugar? honey? could use some help.

That stuff is easy to find like Adam said. Frankly, I wouldn't even worry if I were you. Just throw a banana in your shake instead, I've done both for long periods of time and never noticed any difference.
