Hey. Whats up guys.

Age: 20
Height: 6 1"
Weight: 178lbs.

I wanted to start a journal to track my progress. My goal is to bulk up to
210 lbs. and then cut to about 195-200. I used to weigh about 220 a couple of years ago. I found myself working at UPS( If you want to lose weight get a job at UPS) as an unloader and started working out a little bit. I ended up getting down to about 169 lbs. I Then I eventually started working out and gained about 10 lbs.. I currently started a Test cycle at 100 mg EOD to start. I'll post some pics in a few days as well. Here was my workout today:

Monday (178lbs.)
CHEST
Flat Bench-185lbs.-2 sets of 8, 1 set of 6
Incline Bench-145lbs.-2 sets of 8, 1 set of 6
Decline Bench-165lbs.-1 set of 8, 1 set of 7, 1 set of 6
Cable Crossovers- 120lbs.-3 sets of 8

Results: I cant believe the pump I have! My chest feels like its bigger than ever from the Test. I always try for 3 sets of 8. Since i got 3 sets of 8 on the Cables I'm going to move up to 140lbs. next week. later

ha, yeah i need to. Here's my diet also

Breakfast- 5 egg omelet
bowl of Oatmeal
Half a bananna

GYM

42g. Protein Powder with Fat Free Milk
Lunch- Flo's Filet 7 oz.
Sweet of Regular potato (loaded)
Vegetables

Pre-Dinner Myoplex Meal Replacement

Dinner- Teryaki Chicken
Brown Rice
steamed broccoli or squash

pre-sleep 42 g. protein powder with milk

This is my diet plan that i've actually started gaining weight on. Seems like i eat all the time!!! oh well, who doesn't like to eat.

that sure is a big increase from working bench sets to your max bench
