Ok, i'm 5'9 and 135 pounds. Looking to add on some mass obviously. Here's my diet what do you think.
Breakfast - Oatmeal, skim milk, whey 420 calories, 35g protein, 50g carbs
Snack - Apple and beef jerky 200 calories, 17g protein, 26g carbs
Lunch - 2 slices whole wheat bread, tuna, vegetables 360 calories, 32g protein, 49g carbs
Post-workout - 1.5 scoops whey, sports drink, Raisins 330 calories, 33g protein, 50g carbs
PPWO meal - Oatmeal, tuna, yogurt 380 calories, 35g protein, 46g carbs
Dinner - Brown rice, chicken breast, vegetables 380 calories, 35g protein, 45g carbs
Snack - Yogurt and almonds 200 calories, 15g protein, 20g carbs
Befored bed - cottage cheese and natty PB 200 calories, 18g protein, 10g carbs
TOTALs: 2470 calories, 220g protein, 300g carbs
What does anyone think, any advice is welcome. As you see I'm pretty small so i think 2500 calories is OK to start with I can add more later if its not enough.
